Does anyone make a 15" x 9" rim 4 x 4.75 with 5" to 5.5" BS ? Or just the rim, as i can weld the center where i want it.
Like a blazer or jeep, or ??????

I don't know, but what you can do is go over to tirerack.com and put various cars into their wheel search box. It will show you the offset for the wheels. Now offset is not the same as back spacing. Offset is measured from the wheel width center.

So a 9" rim is measured between the bead surfaces. The actual measurement from edge to edge is usually 1" bigger. So a 9" rim is actually 10" edge to edge. That means the wheel width center is 5". In addition, offset can be + or -. Positive offset is what you want for more back spacing. That means if you are looking for a 9" wheel with 5" back spacing, you are looking for ZERO offset. If you want 5 1/2" of BS, that would be +1/2" offset. Most wheel manufacturers specify offset in mm. There are 25.4mm in one inch. So what you would be looking for is a 9" wheel with 0 -13mm of positive offset.
