Hopefully this is the right section ? 83,000 never uses oil but getting extra in oil ! its does not have the telltale signs of water / antifreeze its not using anymore gas than usual ( the same driving route to & from work ) runs great ! so what is this ?? any ideas ? Thanks

If it’s not coolant it could be fuel; maybe a bad injector? You could move a quart or two into the pan over a few hundred miles and not notice the hit on fuel economy.

The 60° v6s are notorious for bad intake gaskets leaking coolant into the crankcase.

Ok thats interesting about the fuel taking its time getting in oil & no MPG changes as my roommate drives the same route ! i did change the oil and will keep track i was complacent as this never uses oil i see no coolant in oil or the tell tail mud / froth under oil cap or high up on dip stick this is a cast aluminum intake as i know the plastic has leak problems so Thanks guys for the in-put
