Any ideas why the secondaries on my 870 Avenger don't want to open? I've tried all the springs from the heaviest to the lightest and no luck. I can open them manually with the engine off so there is no restriction. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks o No: Bob H.
Pardon me if this is obvious, but, you do realize that the secondaries won't open by revving the motor in park? The engine has to be under load. So really, you should never SEE the secondaries open, unless on a dyno. Like I said, if you already thought of this ... "we now return you to our regular programming, already in progress ..." Also, check your gaskets for blockage of passageways. Have fun.
