Started today after 2years. New plugs and wires, Oil change. Not sure whats going on. From starting till i turned it off car was shacking some, somewhat ticking sound. My dad said it sounds all over the place. When i changed plugs i changed one at a time. When i pulled old plugs i saw they were R45TSX and are a .060 GAP plug and part store gave me R45TS .045 GAP plug. Could this be my issue? I called back and they assured me the gap difference would not matter. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated?

Hey, You said you changed one plug at a time. How about the spark plug wires? Could 2 of them have gotten crossed? If not, how about the wires themselves. They might have broke when you pulled them off? I really doubt the spark plug gap has anything to do with the miss you are experiencing.
This is the first time you started it in 2 years? Bad gas?

Could be anything but sitting that long and then trying to run on 2 year old gas is not going to go well. If it ran well when parked then I would dump the gas and put fresh stuff in and see how it runs then.

After verifying plug wires and gas quality, start checking all the vacuum lines.

@Luxus & @pbr400 Thanks alot for your replies. With a prayer to God and your replies got it running back to normal again. Still needs a little touch here and there but its back on the road! I switched out the plugs back to the original set and at least for my car GAP does matter. I knew it was wrong from the start. I never should have listened to them...Lesson learned. You guys are Awesome Thanks for your help!
