79 LeSabre A+ effort!

    Says it's a 350 in the ad title.

    I think the 403 Olds engine was optional in '77 and possibly '78 - don't think it was available in '79 which would make the 350 the top engine. I think the (Chev/Corporate) 305s came in in the next model redesign in '80.

    That's not a 305, that is for sure, as the distributor is in front. Looks like a Buick engine........305 was a Chevy/"Corporate". Olds had the distributor in back like a Chevy, but has the oil fill sticking up out of the front.

    That was the generic GM engine time. I knew it had a Buick 350 cuz dist in front.
    Had a 79 Pontiac with a Buick 350, also a 77 buick LeSabre wagon with Olds 350.
    You really had to be careful when getting parts!
    I thought the video was funny, should have had that TV commercial warning,
    On closed coarse with professional driver! :D
