Nice car for someone. Excellent presentation, wish more were like this one. A little misspelling on haves instead of has. Wondering if 350 or 305 engine? Was the 350 an option, had a 78 with 305 I think. https://www.ebay.com/itm/1979-Buick...ash=item2cd3cd511c:g:lWYAAOSwPsBa7lRj&vxp=mtr
I think the 403 Olds engine was optional in '77 and possibly '78 - don't think it was available in '79 which would make the 350 the top engine. I think the (Chev/Corporate) 305s came in in the next model redesign in '80.
That's not a 305, that is for sure, as the distributor is in front. Looks like a Buick engine........305 was a Chevy/"Corporate". Olds had the distributor in back like a Chevy, but has the oil fill sticking up out of the front.
That was the generic GM engine time. I knew it had a Buick 350 cuz dist in front. Had a 79 Pontiac with a Buick 350, also a 77 buick LeSabre wagon with Olds 350. You really had to be careful when getting parts! I thought the video was funny, should have had that TV commercial warning, On closed coarse with professional driver!
