Hey guys: I have a '78 Century wagon that I'm working into a street/strip terror with heavy emphasis on the strip part. I have the 455/TH400 ready to go in, so at this point I'm finalizing my spring set-up. Currently the car has it's original V6 springs front and rear. Obviously with the added weight of the 455, those aren't going to work. I've considered diesel Cutlass front springs and aftermarket drag springs such as the Moroso's combined with Strange adjustable shocks. Weight transfer is my MAIN objective...I want to plant the tires and go but I don't want the oil pan on the ground when I'm throwing the anchor out. I'm all ears so please feel free to offer suggestions! Thanks...
i would say morosos or new v6 springs and 90/10 shocks i have heavy dutys in my regal not a lot of lift in front with south side lift bars the 455 isnt to heavy compared to a sbc so i think either will be fine
