Hey guys. Iam new to this site. I have been building a 77 skylark for last 10 months. pulled the stock 305, putting in a built 67 327. Pulled the auto trans putting in 4 speed Saginaw. Made custom grill. Rebuilt rear end and put a posi diff with 3.42 gears. Interior is all black. Let me know what you think. Will be blacked out matte black when done
Looks good. Keep an open mind about putting a Buick engine in like a 350/400/430 or 455 or even a turbo v6. I like the scoop. Have fun
I understand. But this did actually come with a gm 305. There was a few years in the late 70's where i guess buick used gm engines. So i dont feel so bad about dropping a gm back in.. the engine mounts do not need moved like the older b.o.p. when swapping engines.. thanks
