Looking for some guidance. I have a 72 Sportwagon with a blown motor. I originally bought it from a local. It has about 100K on the OD and appears to have been a garage kept car with one cheap paint job over some mild bondo
on one side. It is mostly rust free in the important areas, floor boards, spare tire well, quarters fenders , doors etc. Only having some rust spots, one on the roof and some rust under the chrome rear roof spoiler. It was a 350/ 2 auto with power, brakes, steering, and air which is complete and working when the motor lunched. It is Blue / blue interior which is decent and rip free but dirty. Headliner is good and the car is complete with blue painted 14" wheels and dog dishes.
I bought it to do a GSed version and drop a 455 or at least a warmed 350into to it. The issue is a local (Chebby with aBuick interest) has been asking me to sell it to him , but won't make me an offer. I really was not going to sell it , because I wanted to keep it. Now I am rethinking this ,but will not give it away. He wants me to put a price on it, I feel like I am in the drivers seat, but I want to be in the ballpark without being greedy. I know I will have a hard time replacing this car if I go looking to buy another. It is a perfect wagon to GSize to me. Can anyone help me with the high and low value. I just want to keep my options open.

    Thanks
