72 Skylark E-Brake handle replacement

    Trying to figure out how to replace and install the e-brake handle safely.

    I don't think you can replace just the handle. I think the whole assembly needs to be replaced. I'll check one that I have on the shelf tomorrow and let you know.

    I think that it is screwed on.

    I can tell you that on the 67 GS, it is threaded on. I have removed mine to paint and reinstalled.

    Not screwed on in 72. Press or interference fit.
