I have new inner door panels from Legendary. Kinda confused on how the fasteners glue to the cardboard backing. i plugged in the new plastic orange tubes in the doors. Do the tiny clips slide behind the cardboard? B0B3FA55-20FD-4F36-8DAD-8894077FAFFE.jpeg

They don't glue to the cardboard. The slot in the clip goes into the hole, and then you push it in the direction of the flat.

No, I believe that is incorrect .....even tho I am not Steve......Toward the edge of the panel ......but I believe you are in over your head Sir and should just send the entire car to my garage and give up.....

The down factor about owning one of these classic muscle cars is that if u cannot do most of the work yourself, U better have a money pit or a rich uncle.

Did your door panels come already with the holes cut for window cranks, handles, armrests etc? If not how did you cut the holes.

Well just the Arm rest. My car has a Power windows . Everything is perforated on the back side. So you know where to cut.

I only opened the box and pulled one of the back panels out and noticed it wasn't cut.

Red your old panels are your best Stencil. Do you have the door panels. ( old) Look at them and measure. Buy a Hole saw set at Lowe’s and Home depot. or Harbor freight. Put on a drill. Start spinning slow then speed up when almost through. So the circle is clean. Not jagged.
