72 impact strips

I'm looking for really nice impact strips for a front and rear 72 bumper.

Yes, all booked for it. I think I have 2 of the 3 front pieces NOS, but not a complete set.

 

What would you like for those?

 

I think I have a driver’s side one, NOS.

 

I have the center and (2) driver's side NOS if you are still looking.

The passenger side was not available in 1988 when I started looking and I have never seen one since, but I am CERTAIN that some people have them somewhere, just not for sale.

Fred has first place with Dan, of course, and it looks like Bob was in before me as well, so I am confused as to what the rules would require.

I guess we have to wait for Fred to get back to NY in April to see what he has, but not sure.

I would be glad to sell you mine. but do not want to break any rules of the Forum. I posted this yesterday but cannot find it on this thread, so here is a copy-paste of it. This Forum is odd all of a sudden...yesterday's post to Dan:

The Parts Place sells these in repro for MUCH LESS than the NOS ones will be. You can get a one piece for under 100 from them, so...

I never could find a passenger side one no matter how hard I looked (35 years now) so if someone has all three, you are better with that. I took a driver's side and flipped it for the passenger side and had to drill a hole in the bumper. I did not mind as there was no other choice at the time. If you tighten it down, the bevel is only visible if you get down and look very closely:

I do have 2 lefts, so...

The center one is 250 and each driver's side is 100 plus shipping. Sorry about the prices, so others may be less. You may want to check with them first.
