71 hood trim...

    Hello Buick friends, has anyone tried to mount the hood trim other than the way the factory done it ?? All of the speed nuts no longer tighten up, so I thought I might thread the studs and use regular nuts and washers. Thanks in advance Kirk..

    Purchase smaller size speed nuts.
