I need a good 3-spoke center for my deluxe wheel on my car. I would look for a completely new wheel, but the odds of finding a blue one in good shape are about as good as me finding another set of trunk lip molding

SOOO, all Electras, Centurions, Rivieras, and Estate wagons came equipped with this wheel. All I need is the center plastic 3-spoke deal. Good woodgrain and good lettering is a MUST!

I'm tired of all the grief I'm getting for having a 4-spoke Olds wheel on it. One of these days, I'll be able to afford a GSX wheel from Duane. That'll work just fine :3gears:

    Adam,

Try contacting "72 V Code" I know he has quite a few Buicks on his property including a 1971 Riviera with the same wheel and insert.

Adam, sorry I cannot help you with your search, but, you have helped me ID a steering column assembly that I have. Wrong color for you, it looks more like the one Rob posted a pic of.

The one I have is for a bucket seat, floor shift car, I'm guessing a Riv. It came with a parts car which found its way into my yard a few years ago.

Good luck on your search. :TU:

I get too much crap from guys about my "Olds" wheel...so I'm swapping back to my old one. I am getting it done before the BCA national meet next week. I really don't expect to find a center piece before then, though. So I'm not in a huge hurry.

    71-73 3 spoke Wheel

Adam: I can get a wheel center you are looking for. It would be brown or tan in color. 75.00 plus shipping. Are you looking for the trunk lip molding like off a Centurion ( the three piece ones)? Thanks Gil Buickgil@aol.com #406-222-7586 :)

    Gil,

I don't need the whoel center, but I do need the chrome plastic piece with the BUICK letter on it. $75 is too rich for my blood though. Do you have the stainless molding off a 71-72 Centurion?? I might have a use for it coming up soon.

    71 Centurion Trunk Lip Molding

Adam: Yes, there are four 71 Centurions. One has a nice set of trunk moldings on it. Cost for that would be 85.00 plus shipping. Thanks Gil :)

James, if you want them, they're yours!:beer

Gil, I do want to make sure that you have access to the quarter extensions and the chrome molding on them, too. They complete the setup.

James, if you're not interested, I will have to take them. My next car will get them...whenever that will be:rolleyes:

Adam, they're yours - I've actually decided not to add those chrome bits. (at least until I get my rear bumper rechromed and the taillight lenses spiffed up.)

I'm going to chase after some green floor mats, instead. :Brow:

Just poking fun your way! :TU:

    Trunk mouldings.

I would like to get in line for these too (including fenderextensions) if you other guys don't take them.

    Thanks,
    Steve.
