Looking for a 71/72 Buick Riviera. Would like rust-free but I know that isn't possible so, some rust is ok. No rust buckets or bondo buckets either. Any color, any combination of options. GS is a cool incentive but is not required. :Brow: Price will depend on distance from me(Chicago). But should be less than $3500. Thanks in advance. :TU:
Running or Not? I have a 72 that has a hurt motor, but is pretty straight and has very little rust. Have 2 other 72s, one without motor (have motor for car), one with motor but has rod knock. Have an early 71 that runs with buckets... If you were a 73 man...I have 2 73s--one is a nice survivor CA car (no rust) runs great the other is a decent one with a little rust and a low end rattle (but has reupholstered interior). If you were closer, I'd make you a heck of a deal on all of them... PM about an opportunity to have one assembled (with paint) for a reasonable price (not more than $3500). Thanks, Jason
This might be of interest. I saw it at the Nationals last week. It has a 3.42 posi, but the motor is questionable.
i may be interested in one of the cars i would like the rust free car motor is not important, send me some pics, of the nicest of the 3 and a price, Thanks, Shawn
Jason, Wasn't one of the '72's white with a white top? With the rust in the drivers quarter? If so, send me some new pictures or post em'. Im interested in that one for sure. Are the other '72's rusty? Pics? '71's condition? I'll think about having a Riv assembled and painted. scionxb@comcast.net
Sorry I haven't posted--haven't been on the board for a while. Yes, that is the same 72--has a little rust on the passenger fenderwell area. I now have two more rivs, but those are also parts cars. Between the 6, there are enough motors and interiors to put three runners together-- I think that will be the plan. If you would be interested in a nice looking and running car, let me know--maybe we can work out a price. Order now, supplies are limited. Jason
Jason, We need to talk. :bglasses: Im still interested in the white 1972 you had up awhile ago. But now, what does this '72 need that the other Rivs have? Let's talk, scionxb@comcast.net
Jason , How many Riviera do you have any 69 for sale I own one but would like another one if the price is right let me know

What are you talking about? o No: I said "one", non-biased towards any one buick model. Nobody on v8 or buickland knows what vehicle I have purchased. :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu:
Well, I sure do see alot of hints, not including the photo you have in your avatar. :moonu: p I know that unless you bought a century or skylark/skyhawk, something is quite obvious, not to mention you are a "Riv" lover! uzzled:
That's an old picture. Not the exact car I bought. :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: :moonu: Skylark, Century, and Skyhawk are all too small! p I will tell you what i've told others, its got a BBB and the name is seven letters long. Oh, what could it be, century, riviera, skylark, electra, lesabre, wildcat? Who knows? :Brow:
