Excellent News, glad they arrived all safe and sound. Lot of work went into those lenses and I'm EXTREMELY glad you are happy. Be sure and inspect them closely so you can see all the details including the part numbers, markings, etc. Reproducing all those markings required some extensive mold making skills. Glad I was working with a pro, just wish they had been a little faster.

Thanks for the nice words. I didn't see mention of the gaskets so let me know if they were not in the box with the lens. They are included too.

Yes the gaskets were in there, but it's kind of like getting a card with money in it. The gaskets were quickly pushed aside to look at the real beauty of the package. And funny enough, that is the first thing I did was pull out an original lense and compare markings, part numbers, mold lines, etc. Looks good! If the rest of the parts you produce are of the same quality, I'm sure you will have no problem selling them. Excellent stuff Alan.:TU:

    Hey Chris,

Nice "new" photo of your 70' in your avatar. Very good example of framing the picture with the arched object (bridge?) in the background! Now all you need is a Sawzall to cut down the lamp post on the roof. :TU::TU:

Thanks Jerry, you know that lamp post really pissed me off too. I could have done it up the road a little way (where the post wouldn't have been a problem) but the road was curved so much I couldn't get the angle I wanted on the car without causing a traffic hazard. I'm thinking I may send photoshop to the rescue on this one. I was cruising one of the local racing boards and someone mentioned this particluar spot as a good place for taking photos. The suspension bridge in the background really makes for a cool shot.

BTW, I posted some higher resolution pictures under the member's ride section (70-72). They should be on the last page.
