When building a rear for disc brakes I get Dorman #610-259. I have a Moser number somewhere too. The longer ones that you need are about 1 3/4"" long.

The factory wheel studs that came in your 1970 Buick rear, are 1 3/8". The stock replacements, that you would get at the parts stores, are 1 1/2".
The Dorman number that I gave you above,is even longer, about 1 3/4".The Moser number is MSR-8259. They call them Corvette studs. They have the same diameter knurl,so they will press in the flange without additional drilling or modifications. This is the same stud as the Dorman 610-259. I hope this helps.
