I'm looking for a 70-72 Skylark or GS. No projects as far as body work, rust repair, or cars that need paint. Nice body and paint is a must. Disassemled basket cases or unfinished projects are preferred. Not concerned about options or drivetrain, and a roller is fine as well as running/driving cars.

    Thanks.

    I have a 1970 GS 455
Stage 1 motor done by Mike at Auto performance machine
Black on black have tank sticker
    Matching numbers motor,
Loaded, power bench seat, power windows, A/C
    Recently had a Tremec 6 speed,looks like a factory 4speed
Wilwood brakes hidden behind the factory wheels. FAST Sportsman fuel injection hidden under factory dual snorkel air cleaner
Everything done to appear factory correct. Wing and hood tach
This car won best in show several times always takes home a trophy any show I go to. It's super clean makes crazy HP and Torque runs on pump gas.
    $89k

Happy New Year to all my Buick Brothers from other Mothers!

Thanks for the replies and suggestions, and I should have put a budget price in my ad ($15-17k). The ideal car would be a Skylark or small block GS with nice paint, not a factory 4 speed Stage 1 or a high dollar resto. I already have a pump gas Stage 2 motor and built drivetrain that I'm hoping to stab and go into a car that does not need body work and paint. Paint jobs in DFW are expensive and I'm hoping to eliminate the time needed to get that done.

Ethan - your car would be perfect as a roller, but since it's a factory Stage 1 I'm thinking it's more than I'm hoping to spend. Send me a PM with your price if your price us close to my budget.

Bob - I considered your car even back when Mark had it, but I prefer a white or black interior. I would hate to make so many changes to the drivetrain and interior on such an original car like yours. It's a great car for sure and every time I see it I think about it but changing the entire interior prevents me from pulling the trigger.

Never seen that combo, but if the paint is nice I would be interested. Do you have some pics you can send me?
