I was wondering if anyone has any pictures from their interior resto of the foam for the base of a 69 Riv front strato bench seat?? I want to see what kind of foam it is and how it's done (is it layered) and purchase the foam before I go tearing my seat apart. I know nobody reproduces the foam for the strato bench so any help would be appreciated!

I know that there is a 68 or 69 Riv with Strato-bench in a local yard, but unable to access it due to all the water from the two hurricanes late summer and related damages and more rain. If I recall, the seats were deteriorated on the vinyl, but may (?) be usable for viewing information. PM me if any interest in searching when ever the water goes away...

You want to see how the foam is beveled for the buttons? I have a set of button I cut out of a seat years ago

Steve that would be great if you could get some pics for me, whenever you get a chance of course. Yes buick64203 (Jason right?) I'm looking to get any info/pics I can to go from to help me make a new base. Once I take the seat cover off I'm pretty sure the foam will fall into a million pieces and there won't be much to go from after that lol! By the way are you looking to sell any of the "buttons" by chance?? Quite a few of mine are missing.

Foam for the seat backs and buckets yes, strato bench seat covers yes. They do not have the strato bench base foam though. I haven't been able to find any place that makes it.

I was looking up stuff for the bucket seats on their site . If your luck is anything like mine , Right after you get everything straightened out OPGI will start manufacturing what you want .

Probably lol. I've noticed with the 69 Riv's there's very little aftermarket/ repro parts available, and what is available is limited to certain parts.
