    Does any know the correct length for the speedometer cable for a 69gs 4-speed. Does it take a transducer or go directly to the trans. Also any supplier or sellers info would be nice .
    thanks

    I imagine that any other A-body 4 speed would use the same cable. Try vendors that supply GTO's or Chevelle's. (Ames or NPD come to mind.)

    Length = 70 27/64"

    The gear reduction adapters are listed in Group 4.329 of the Buick Parts books. The adapter is dependent on the rear gear used. If you have a 3.64 rear ratio, it is a 0.785 Stewart Warner. All I have seen are the 90 degree type.

    https://www.bobsspeedometer.com/1/120/index.asp for a custom cable.
