    Hi guys,

I've just been contacted by someone in Holland (where I live) that a '68 4 door Skylark 350/350 just got available for sale. I'm currently restoring a '69 GS 400 and I'm wondering if I could use (body)parts of that car for mine.
I suppose the doors are useless, because they are shorter. (Perhaps the bottom parts to merge 2 doors to 1?) Quarter panels perhaps partly.
But what about the floor pans, fenders, bumpers, trunk lid and hood? I suppose the hood is the same except for the "air inlets/air scoops" - don't know the correct term.

I haven't seen the car yet, but I've been told it was stored indoors for years. So I have hope it looks reasonably well. In Holland we don't have a lot of these cars - let alone for parts, so this might be interesting for me.

    Stefan,

Quarter panels perhaps partly= The Quarters and wheel houses can be used for repair or replacement
the floor pans= are the same
fenders, bumpers, trunk lid and hood= all will work but you will need to weld up and fill some holes from the trim on a skylark. The hood is flat but will bolt on.
Doors = thats a lot of work but I guess you might get something out of them?
