Just wanted to mention that unless you are doing an absolute factory correct restoration use a '71 and up 455 timing cover and oil filter housing because they have larger oiling passages for improved flow. Will work fine with your 430 oiling system. The only noteworthy outside difference is the timing marks go to 12*(I believe) compared to the 430's 8*. Otherwise they look pretty much the same. Timing function is the same just a wider range.
