Start by checking the fuse or circuit breaker in the panel. Then check to to see if power is getting to the master switch in the drivers door. If so, each of the switches will have power supply and should send power to one of two wires going toward each door. (this is not a polarity reversing system/ each motor has 3 wires, up, down, ground) If you have no power, locate the power window relay under the dash and check that it makes continuity with the ignition on. Also, the wires in the door boots are notorious for cracking and breaking with age. Be sure to inspect/ repair as needed. On mine, rather than reinstall the original stranded wire, I patched in high strand silicone insulated wire inside the door boots. Should last longer than I will.

Do you have a pic of this relay?

No, but it looks a lot like a horn relay. It's tin covered and mounts with 2 screws under the dash near the center of the car. If you follow the power window harness from either the drivers door or the fuse block , you will eventually run into it. I can probably come up with more info after I get home tonight.

The power wire to the windows master switch should be orange.

A little bit of an update on this

The fuse block is garbage. It is so rusted and corroded it is hard to expect anything to work. It seems half of it has power and half does not. The relay coil (pink wire) is not getting power but there is feed power to the relay from the circuit breaker (orange wire). I just jumped the pins in the relay harness to test the windows.

The driver side motor bench tested fine but will not work with the master switch. The passenger front works fine from the master and the single switch. The right rear is dead and the left rear only works from the single switch.

Really all I wanted to do was get the passenger window up without taking the door panel off so mission accomplished haha. Once the interior comes out most of the wiring in this car will be replaced with reproduction. No sense risking a fire for originality sake. It will still look correct.
