I'm swapping to a different rim & tire combination here soon. Just want to make sure that I can get some good info from someone on the forum before I purchase anything. I'm looking at getting some 20X8.5" Ridler wheels with a 0 offset. I'd like run a 245-35-20 front & at least a 265/30/20 rear tire or possibly wider if I can? Anyone here know what will fit? I'd like to do wider tires if I can. I'm not against light trimming on the inner rear moldings if I need too. Thanks in advance for any input.

I had 275/60-15's on the back of my 66, it was a snug fit on both the inner and outer wheelwell.
Zero offset will not work, it will move the tire out into the fender.
Necessary offset is about 7/8" positive to center the tire in the wheelwell with the stock rear.

This is exactly the rim/tire combination I'm going for.

That looks like a zero offset set. I could be wrong.

This is the car that got me going this direction. I'm doing an LS swap, redoing the suspension and going for more of a Touring look.
