Thanks for the pics, Greg. That looks like just what I wanted. I'll give them a call tomorrow. :beers2: :TU: :beers2: Jeff in SW FLA ...and BTW: I'm definately due for a new phone. Yours takes great pictures.
It's a go!!! The current owner has received my check, got the car running, changed to better tires, tied down the battery and is awaiting my transport guy. He even called me to let me hear it run. I should have it before Christmas. :TU: Thanks to everyone who responded, especially Greg. I, at least, owe you a beer or two :beers2: or if you don't drink, make it a root-beer.
Congrats Jeff! SO ya finally got what you wanted huh!? YeeeHaaa! :beers2: I'm excited for you!!! :TU: Wheelz, Tampa Bay
As a mater of fact I do enjoy beer and am looking forward to it  Glad to see it all worked out and the wagon is going to a good home. Now if only someone would give me a nice south Florida home p
IT'S HERE ! ! ! :beers2: :beers2: :beers2: MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME ! ! !   But, I digress The car arrived today and I couldn't be happier. Even my wife shared in my joy by saying "Big deal, another old station wagon.":boring: But nothing could dim my excitement. I have searched for many years for this type of wagon. My Dad bought one new in 1965 at my suggestion. I was 18 and Dad NEVER listened to me. In late 1969 he said that he was planning on buying a new car the following year and that the wagon would be mine. He died in January 1970 and my EVIL stepmother claimed it as "exempt property" and kept it to prevent me from getting it. I never saw it again or ever spoke to her again. I have owned many wagons since then but this one fills that void. :TU: ...and now you know the rest of the story. Thanks, again to everyone who helped.
