Sold my 65 GS earlier this year . Now I'm sorry ... So I'll start my search again . Looking for darn near perfect 65 Skylark GS , hardtop or coupe , automatic , no air . Or if you should run across it a 65 or 67 GTO , again must be darn near perfect , automatic , no air . I just plain miss the GS and made a mistake ( but I bet some of you knew that ) , and miss coming to this site for advise . Anyway if you know of any please let me know . Thank you , George fxandhds94@aol.com

Withdrawl is a mean pill to swallow! George you are going to have a hard time replacing that gem you had. We'll keep our eyes open for you.
George my 65 is going to the body shop in march, and then it will be done, but i'am going to keep this one, sorry :3gears: Harle
surprised???? DAMN BEST LOOKIN GS MADE I THINK!!! I guess Iam biased I have 2 of them and gonna be looking for number 3...Later fellas! :beer
65 Skylark Gran Sport It's hard to believe just how tough it is to find a 65 GS . You can find those that are just so so but not one that is a #1 or #2 car . Do any of you remember Steve Shuman ? His wife still has 3 of the 4 65 GS Skylarks that he had . One is really sharp . Turquoise with white interior and white vinyl top . But it would need restoration . Any Buick guy's up to a restore if I would buy it ? George Bednar fxandhds94@aol.com
65 Gran Sport Wanted ... Harle , Thanks ... I took a look at it but I really want a HT or Coupe . Thanks for keeping your eyes open for me . George
65 Gran Sport Found a 65 Skylark GS at www.cars-on-line.com in Colorado . Seller want's $25,000.00 for the car . I thought that was way to much based on it's a single 4-barrel , automatic . Even though it checked out to be in excellent condition . Also based on what I sold mine for a few months ago and it was a dual quad car , red , black interior , and I think was in excellent condition (ask Harle) , and it fetched $20,500.00 . Then this car in Colorado shows up on Ebay . I bid on it , talked to the dealer , stopped bidding at about $18,500 . , the car hit $19,600. but did not make reserve , therefore not sold . So any of you wanting to spend big bucks for this car it's probably a good one . Since then ( please let me stay in your forum ) , I just bought a 1965 Pontiac GTO , HT , automatic , tri-power , all #'s matching and it should be delivered next week . Very nice piece . I sold my 69 Road Runner , had sold my 65 GS , and guess what , still looking for a 65 GS . So forgive me for my long post , just catching up , missed v8buick while it was down . George
65 Gs They bought it for $13,500 and now trying to turn it around at over $20K ? Wow , that's a really high return in that period of time , not even Barrett-Jackson makes that kind of money . He should have taken my offer at $18,500 , he would have made $5K and I would have been OK with that . But since then I have bought a 65 GTO . Still looking for another 65 GS , but not at the price their asking . I'll probably find one at some point , most are single 4-barrel cars , but I already have a dual quad set-up with chrome air cleaner waiting for my new GS when I find the right one . Thanks for the info , George
65 Gran Sport / GTO Should be interesting to see if the white 65 GS will show up on Ebay again . I sent them an offer at $17,500 . and got no response . Just for fun here's a picture of my new GTO . Now I need it's match with a 65 GS . I'm not sure if the picture will show up . If not I'll try again , and still looking for a 65 GS . George
Steve / Legendary Steve , Have sent you a PM regarding the 65 GS cars in Pa . Saw them all about 2 years ago . She sold a red 65 GS that was not numbers matching . I think it had a 425 in it . George
65 gran sport George I found your dream car!!! :TU: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=16124&item=4537062637&rd=1 It's even in michigan, so are you having any luck finding a 65? i know i'am not having any luck finding parts for mine, i might just get rid of it and buy a chevy. o No: Harle
65 Gs Harle , Thanks for the tip ..... its a beauty ! Still looking , not alot of luck so far but one will come along at some point . Just working on the GTO for now getting it ready for summer . What parts are you looking for ? George
