PM box is full so posting this here: Bob, I see you are in Ohio. Will you be at the Hot Rod power Tour stop in Norwalk, or other tour stops? Would love to see your car in person. It is stunning! Jim

LowFlyLark Time for a mild custom.

Fantastic build! Great work bringing the car back to it's full glory.

Bob, great job! One of the finest looking '65 GS's I've ever seen. Course, I'm kinda prejudiced about the post coupes! Would love to have a 4 speed though.
Enjoy it!:3gears:

UPDATE 4-16-14
well drove it about 10 miles and found about 20 things wrong not bad
worst one is the transmission case has a hairline crack from the accident and it seeping oil
Clutch needs adjusted
brake pedal needs adjusted
thermostat housing small leak
hood needs adjusted
speedometer is crazy off and bouncing
console is rattling
exhaust hitting something in the rear occasionally
electric choke i bought is junk

I said in the Video it was totalled however it never really was totalled as it has a clean Title .It was just never repaired

It goes straight down the road no smoke .Engine is smooth and rear end is quiet
I guess when you build one from nothing these thing are to be expected hope to get some ironed out this weekend

Clanceman427 Hardtops need not apply

Dont get any on the headlights, it might yellow them :). Always wanted to ask, was that a street racer thing, the headlight coloring?

Start a poll.
I vote :TU:
I like to see "different" and still be tasteful.
If GM had not been like Bobby we would only have Chevrolet.
