I can't remember who or what but someone had mentioned about certain headers being an OK fit . TA's are not correct and I trial fitted some ( not sure of brand ) that also did not fit . not bad passenger side , driver side not good . just trying to refresh my memory . and think ahead - for a change !
GS : was thinking that way but not quite sure . so , regular 68-72 350 gs headers or something dif ? i'll check them out though . edit : looks like #1103HKR ( black ) or #1103-1HKR ( coated )
our hookers came out of a 65 lark with a 350 that the guy raced. headers are now in our 67 with a 350 4 spd s/charged. only a little dent required is #1 pipe by the upper control arm
well if a "ding" is required then no sense getting the coated ones . the one's I trial fit had a big problem in the left arm and k-frame area .
