    was there a 66 for your inspiration? I saw a 66 in pigeon forge that had a the same paint scheme it looked great too. wish I could find pictures.

    I can't say there was any one car that inspired the paint scheme. The idea was to get out side of my comfort zone. Have seen many cars with paint schemes like this, just wanted a long and low look.

    Very sharp!!! I thought about putting the orange on top, But being a convertible with a white top and white interior there would be to much white.

    no I like it that 66 was amazing in person. I figured they where connected somehow it was so close in schemes.

    Anyone going to be at the Woodward Cruise? I will be at the Light House at the north end up by Pontiac.

    I've been going for the last 8 years. Always had a great time. I'll stop by and check your car out. I won't have my 69 due to work. If anyone was ever curious about this event. It's a must for any car guy no matter what there brand loyalty is. Definitely a bucket list must for gearheads.
