Maisto diecast, I've tried to take it back to stock (ish), so lost the monster rims, dechromed the motor and replaced the wheels ( now Jag E type, and how they got into my parts bin is a mystery)
Was going to do dog dish & steel rims, but didn't have any 'in stock'

    Very Nice!
That's the rare '55 Century model 68 tourback two door sedan.
Only 270 were made. 268 went to the California Highway Patrol. The remaining two went to the Broderick Crawford's "Highway Patrol" television show. 135 had Dynaflow. 135 had 3 on the tree.

I was wondering too, about the 4 ventports on a Special body. Googel gave me the Highway Patrol answer. I thought about doing it as a police car, but removal of the side moulding was too much work
    for lazy ole me.

It's not my best work, but I'm happy with it, not many Buick around in scale, so I grab 'em when I can. I just wish some one would do a 1/24 -25 scale '69 Skylark.

    Cheers,

    Chris
