'53 Buick Skylark

Hi guys and gals, feels great to finally join this forum!

Happy to say I'm dragging this gorgeous Skylark that I found in the States back to Sweden.

 

From what I can see, that is a Super

 

Yep, '53 Skylarks were only available in a convertible bodystyle, and are worth six figures in nice condition today. Yours is a Super. Nothing wrong with that! Enjoy it and welcome.

 

I see it does have the Skylark style wire wheels installed on it. By the awards on the front license plate, it should be and looks to be a very nice example

Wow it does look nice! I grew up with Buicks from the 30's, 50's, 60's 70, and I just rented a new one today on vacation.
