Hot or cold, doesn't make a lot of difference. Hot generally a little more pressure, but not a lot. Yeah. But it sure seems weak. I guess a person would have to test some "known good" engines to get a feel for how they respond to the altitude in terms of cranking compression. That, or work some mathematics. (sorry, I'm allergic.)
