Im not too sharp on engine hard parts/compatibility so what's needed to run these rods special pistons or just machine work, or both?

Ive got a blue block that will receive all the band aids for strength and a set of old Ross Flattops that were hung on stockrods that id like to put back in service next season to replace my stockrod bottom end that is currently in my car, so what would be involved to plug the rods in the above turning the journals down and side clearancing the crank? Or is an altered pin location piston also needed?

How much use on the pistons/rods? Seems to be a stroker set up? 494?

    Thank you.

About 50 passes ,this combo is the most popular and the strongest for a stock crank,a 4.350 bore and the crank is stroked to 3.950 yields 470 ci
