455 no power, won't go over 60mph

    You have to monitor your fuel pressure to rule that out. Rig up a gauge temporarily with rubber tubing and a tee, it isn't that hard or expensive to do.

    A torque converter stator failure can do that all by itself. Not common, but it can happen.

    Thanks, Larry, yes its easy way to check fuel problem.
