Here is what happened. I rebuilt my 455 for my 72 boatail. When i got my block and heads back from the machine shop we started assembling the engine . When we were done i took it back to the speed shop that did the machine work to have the engine tested on a stand. My uncle was there i unfortunately was working and he said it had great oil pressure never got over 200 water temp everything was great. Until we put the engine in the car. When we went to put the a/c brackets back on we noticed that both heads are on the wrong sides because the sensors on the back of the heads are now in the front. Please can someone tell me am i ok just put it together the rest of the way and enjoy or am i gonna have to pull the heads and switch them? From what I've seen on both sides of each head is the same bolt hole locations on front and back. So im hoping i can just simply put the hot sensors from the front to the back of the heads where they belong. Has anyone ever been in this situation? Please help? The only thing that gives me hope is that its already been ran on an engine stand and it was perfect. All the bolt holes on the heads are the same pattern with no coolant leaks from the one thhat didn't have sensors. Any input i would greatly appreciate it thank you

Move the sensors to the rear, no issue at all, the one you are referring to doesn't go into water, just threads in to a blind hole like the other 5 holes
