I am rebuilding a 455 for my gs ( my gs has a 350) the rear of the block where the tranny would bolts up, rear of the camshaft is exposed with two threaded bolt holes, what covers the rear camshaft bearing? a pic would be nice.

I'm thinking you are talking about the simple plug that is pressed in. Similar to a freeze/expansion plug except shallower. I'm sure one of the other guys will post the exact size. Dorman part #555-075. Don't pay attention to how it looks as though the plug is sticking out, .... I just set one in there by hand to take this picture for you. It should be pressed in flush.

The bolt holes are for up to Two tow chain anchors to pull Mopars behind your 455

Oil gallery plugs. They come with freeze plug kits.

They are simple 1/4" NPT "Pipe Plugs" that you can get anywhere including hardware stores. Doesn't have to be internal square drive, it can be internal hex or even external square or hex drive. (Don't pay attention to my balance line on the right side, ..... that's for a little more advanced oil mods).

Larry, on the balancing line, where is the port(looks like 1/4") on the tee going?

That's an 1/8" NPT fitting for my oil pressure line. I drill and tap the 3/8" NPT 90* fitting for that 1/8" NPT fitting. I run a short length of 1/8" copper line from there up to the hole on the left bell flange, .... where there it meets with a bulkhead fitting. From there a separate line runs through the firewall and to the gauge. That way I can connect/disconnect the oil pressure line clean at the block. I like using copper line throughout for my mechanical oil pressure gauge, ..... never been a fan of hose there.
