Given the weight, the 30 x 14 x 7 box and some packing, you will be in the 40-50 dollar range actual cost to either zip code. For a $25 item it is just not worth a trip to the ship site in order to get it to the penny. If you look back on this Board, I think I am selling these manifolds cheaper than most others.
If anyone else needs some, we have 10 or so left. If the shipping place finally opens today after hurricane repairs, manifolds are going out today.
these manifolds will fit one at a time in a LARGE postal FLATE RATE box for just under 20 dollars each-i know---ive done a few times-you may haf to remove one of the studs
I am unaware that there is any USPS flat rate box that will allow one to fit with padding. Cast iron can crack if the box is mishandled. I would not want to ship one without padding. You have to assume the box with be abused. The manifolds weigh 18 pounds or so each. Do you care about the numbers or will any numbers do?

The passenger side manifold would take over 26 inches on the length. I checked with the shipper. The biggest Priority Mail box is for game board shipments. You might stuff a manifold in there but it will bow out and have no protection. If you want one shipped like that I will do it with the understanding that, due to lack of protective packing, nobody is taking responsibility for breakage. I will also need to be paid in advance.
