I'm headed back from being overseas and been looking for a truck with no luck so far. I need something to pull a car trailer with my Buick inside from indiana to Vegas. If anyone has any leads of knows of any deals I'd appreciate the help.
    Looking for:
    2008-2014
    Chevy or GMC 2500/3500
    Gas or diesel
    Under 150K miles
Not a basic model but doesn't have to be loaded up.
    Color doesn't matter

The hardest part is I'm trying to stay at 20K or less. This is where you start laughing I know. I appreciate the time everyone.

For the trailer I'm just looking for something enclosed that can handle a 72 GS plus some extra.

Both definitely need to be road worthy. They will be making a long trip in about 4 weeks.

Just trying to help out and I am not a Ford or Chevy guy ( I have both) I currently have a 16 f150 and a new Impala. For towing it’s very hard to beat the f150Ecoboost with Max Tow. Those engines make big torque and that’s why I bought mine. Mine has a 12,000 tow rating and it would not even know your car was behind it...watch the YouTube reviews of towing the big grade in Colorado. I tow my 30 foot Cobalt with a dry weight of 7,500 lbs plus stuff plus trailer...got to be close to 10,000 lbs.

My neighbor just traded his blue ‘13 in for a new one, has 90k and in perfect shape, supercrew and 4%4 . He traded it to Louisburg Ford in Louisburg KS. I think they gave him 20, would be a great pick up for towing your car.

My ecoboost F150 called out premium fuel when towing, is that still a requirement on the new ones?(Mine was a 2011).

Sam I appreciate it. Looking for something a little newer and a GM. That is a good deal though. I really wish I had the money to buy the package and have whats in the trailer. I will definitely keep you in mind. I am running short on time to find something.

I have a 2001 Chevrolet dually 4wd that is positively like brand new that I have recently thought about selling since I never use it along with a 28 ft enclosed trailer. It has ALWAYS been garage kept since brand new. I think it has around 85K miles, it is loaded with everything including heated leather seats and fiberglass cover, new tires, never in snow, etc. 25K and probably package deal at 28K. Probably too old for you but as I say, like brand new.

We have a 2014 Ecobost and premium has not been required for towing the horse trailer or the enclosed car trailer .
