It look like it's time to replace the oil pan on the 350 Buick. The drain plug was stripped a while back and my dad put a self tapping one in it. Now it's leaking and has gotten slowly worse. I know my options are pretty much buying a used pan off of here, but I also saw a post talking about Steve from SRE makes aluminum pans for the 350 Buick, can some one point me in his direction please. Also if you want to chime in about gasket recommendations I'm all ears.

    Hi Jake,
I can do a steel one, (modified stock steel pan) or a custom fabb'ed one from aluminum. The steel ones are $475 exchange, (with good core) and that includes a new oil pickup screen. Or you can do aluminum and those start at $685. Styles for the aluminum one can vary with options.

The pan pictured is with sump kickouts which is an option. Also note that this was for a girdled application which results in a "shallower" pan than normal.

PM me or email me (srgs455@gmail.com) and I'll get you my info.
    Thanks,
    Steve
