Yesterday night I got some progress done. I finally figured out how to turn this crank. I put a pipe wrench with a towel on the crank, the key (Thanks Alec for advising me not to take it out way earlier) caught good grip through the towel. It turned good. The plastic you see is being used to catch the piston as they come out. I did one more piston and loosened all fasteners off all piston bearing caps, for future removal. I had to stop because it was to late. Any tips getting the caps unstuck from each other. I was just tapping it with the end of a wooden hammer..
Also I found that using a spark plug boot cut to fit on the bolts of the bearing caps works perfectly.

    So far so good.
I'm stuck on number 3 and 5(the last one) main bearing caps. They're on tight, I tried whacking it with a wooden block some, any suggestions.

Yep, #3 and #5 can be a bit stubborn.
What I've done is using Channel Lock pliers grip the cap, and wiggle front to back, while gently pulling up.
    Do the same with #5
What holds up #3 is the thrust bearing, not much "wiggle" to get the cap out of the register in the block.
#5 its the side seals, they grip pretty tight:confused:
What else I've done is use a screwdriver put it between the side of the block and the side of #3 cap and gently pry it up.
Both ways will get 'em out:D

Thanks Mark, I will do just that.
