I need a stall converter and was wondering where to get a descent one without breaking the bank. My motor already did that. Ha. I need a 3000 thank you
From everything I've read trishield puts out a good converter. I had a rev-max that stalled 3800 behind my 430, worked great. Paid 330 dollars for it about 8 years ago.
Don’t cheap out on a converter, it is one of the most important parts of your combination. I second Jim’s converters. http://www.v8buick.com/index.php?threads/tsp-9-5-street-strip-converters-lifetime-warrantee.147066/
One more vote for Jim at TriShield. I have one of his 9.5" lockup converters for my 200-4R and it has worked flawlessly for a couple of years now behind my 605 HP TriShield 470.
Call Jim, he's done 6 for some of my customers and I have 1 in a car, quality product and works as needed.
