Frank. That is correct, most of the guidlines they have will not effect us at all since we are a small group.

Denny, do we need to preregister for the Local Bars food. I think it is great that we can get food and help out a local business, Sure will be better that waiting in a high line at one of the chains.
No need to pre register for anything. I was there today and talking with them about setting the food up and everything and he will start setting up about 3pm on Friday and should be good to go at about 4pm. Just bring a $10 bill and there will be Chicken, Pasta and Meatballs, sausage and peppers, potatoes, and salad with bread. All will be in to go containers so you can eat where ever you like.
Can you leave your trailer at the track Thursday evening until Saturday? What level of service are the hotel area restaurants doing at this time? Drive through/take out only? No indoor seating?
Hotels will not have their breakfast buffets, but will have bags to go at the desk. No sure what is in them.
Yes you can leave trailer at the track overnight. From what I understand all resturants are open for inside dining but with social distancing. We will have dinner at track for $10 a person in to go packaging.
John is correct, the restaurants are seating people inside but not at full capacity. We are having the dinner at the track on Friday evening right around 5pm, it will be at the back of the tech building. We will make sure everyone knows where it is at when it is time to eat.
The catered meal at the track is for anyone that would like to help and support a local business that is supporting the event. Also the track concession stand will be open with food.
