Next year is a very important year for the Oklahoma Buick vs Ford event. As some of you may know, this year ford defeated team Buick 47 to 22. What's even more disheartening is that there was not 1 Buick GS at the event. In years past there is usually 5 to 10 gran sports there helping the car count. What's the deal with you guys? Yes the GS nationals is the next week but that didn't stop the turbo Buicks from showing up. Are you scared of the Ford or what? If it sounds like I'm calling you out your right cause I am. There were at least 2 olds cutlasses that showed as well as multiple Pontiacs. 2014 is a crucial year for the event for if we can't field more Buicks, then there gonna have to let chevy ls1 cars in to make it more competitive. Then it will cease to be Buick vs Ford and become GM vs Ford. For those of you not familiar with the event, it's going on a 20 year event and has been the 2nd biggest Buick gathering next to the GS Nationals. Please get on TurboBuick.com and find the commitment list and sign up for next year. Or maybe someone could make this a sticky and you could start your own commitment list on this board! With a showing of Gran Sports we can show ford that Buicks are still competitive.

I think Buick leads the total win count, but last time we went, ford had the win, and the power. It has always been fun, and we have been one of only a few A body cars there. I never know if I'm going to have a car running to go. Great track, and our car record was set there.
