The turquoise car which looks like a twin to mine, I think is Mike Nielsen's old car.

Only if your were seriously interested and wanted some history on one of the cars. Pretty sure Mike owned that car for a while

There are very few Aquamist Stage 1 4 speeds with a black vinyl top in the registry. Like only one.....and its in my garage! :D

Jason, the color on your car looks to be correct for Aquamist whereas the car in the Mecum auction appears "off".

Honestly not sure which car is the right shade. Mine is an old driveway repaint that was done decades ago. I'd bet both are a shade or two off. Its kinda like yellow X's- the Saturn yellow looks perfect till you park a bunch of them together!

Mine looks better in pictures. Its driver quality paint at best. The only good part is that if I get a chip or scratch in it, I don't freak out.

Correct on both... Neilsons and Mike B. I know neilsons is not numbers, and if IIRC, was a painted roof car. The 69 stage is all numbers and was a factory cameo cream/black/black. The current owner freshened up both cars- maybe suspension, interior, correct parts, few other things...
I think there MAY be another stage 1 4 speed and a stage 1 automatic added...
