This is my 1999 Tahoe 4x4 with automatic transfer case, A/C front and rear, heated leather power seats, heated mirrors, homelink garage door opener, new leather front seat bottoms, 2 remote fobs, 3 keys, towing package, recently serviced the entire drive line front to rear. Located in Bowling Green, KY, home of the GS Nationals.

See more pics at craigslist: https://bgky.craigslist.org/cto/6121507602.html

It also has new oil cooler lines, new power steering lines & fluid, tinted front windows to match factory privacy glass, new blower motor, rubber cargo floor mat, new 3rd brake light, fresh antifreeze. Painted and installed a cowl hood to replace the fly-away clear coat on the flat one. Runs strong, doesn't burn oil, good tires. This is a very quiet and reliable truck I wouldn't be afraid to drive any where.

This is one of my fleet of 4 and used as my daily driver with 204,500+ miles. I traded my Tundra to it in August of 2016 with a buddy that has owned it for many years. Always regularly serviced. I fixed all the little things like the broken door handle, the burned out 3rd taillight and hazy headlights all of these OBS vehicles have. I can provide a list of all the little things I've done to it to make it a nice, safe ride if interested.

I like it and don't have to sell it but I'm bored and want something else to tinker with but I don't want a project car or junk. Asking $3398 OBO on craigslist or if you have something interesting to partial trade, M20 Muncie with 26 spline input, bang sticks, bikes, trucks, cars. Cash talks! No lien, clear title in hand. If yours is worth more, I might still be interested. I'm partial to AWD things right now. If I don't sell this, the only thing left to do is swap in a posi in the rear and maybe a backup camera.

OK, I must have priced this pretty low because I got 3 guys interested here in town. A fourth lowballed me.

Can you guys tell me if this is some sort of scam I can't figure out.

One of the guys contacts me, wants to look at the truck today. Him and a friend meet me in a public place. He is Mexican, says he is working in town on a job, and his buddy does most of the talking with the buyer asking questions in Spanish. We drive the truck around the block, he looks under it, under the hood, etc. He wants it and asked me to meet him at his bank, one in town I know, and he'll pay me.

Now, since we are going to his bank, I'm expecting to be able to get cash. $3,200 is not an unreasonable amount of money get in cash is it? Since we are at a bank, is there any way they can give me a cashiers check that they can stop payment on?

I've already cleaned it out of my personal belongings and will reset the garage door opener before I hand over the keys. If he was a local, I wouldn't worry so but the whole "other country" thing has my spidey senses going off.

Solve your concern by accepting cash only from him and going to the teller window (while he is still there) to buy a cashier's check made out to yourself. They can't stop payment on that check.

That was a great deal for someone. I didn't need it but would have looked at it if I lived anywhere close.

Yes, it was a good truck but I was at the point I was going to put headers, wheels, tires, posi and new stereo with backup camera in it. Which would have made it worth very little more and I wasn't that in love with the truck to consider it a long term investment. It was my winter beater/project truck.

I figure I'd sell it while gas is cheap and find me another toy sooner or later.
