1996 buick century electrical issues

    My son's 96 Century has been having issues as of late. First his blinkers would not turn off, now when he starts the car the wipers and wash pump turn on automatically and can not be turned off unless he turns the car off. Any ideas?

    Grounds. Does the car leak water inside? Is the carpet ever wet?

    I've seen this EXACT same thing. Most times it was the combo switch.
