This car embodies some of my favorite design ques all in one! From the front, I see the new Challenger, The front fenders are evocative of the last Javelin SST, The side view of the quarters are hiding a 70 ish Torino Gt fastback, 71-73 mach 1 rear deck, other mustang touches here and there etc. Crazy value for the money for a one off IMHO.
And here is the build story: https://www.hemmings.com/blog/2020/...r-recalls-classic-mustang-and-mopar-concepts/
That's some serious skill with fiberglass and there's a lot more tan $25K into that car, for sure. Changing the wheels & tires would probably make it look 10+ years newer.
What's wrong in this picture? Absolutely nothing. The big 3 couldn't hope to match this type of panel gap.
I don't usually go for customs, but I love this one! This is pretty! It does have a certain Torino look about it, but who cares, the lines work and the proportions are right. If the mechanicals check out, this might well be a great deal, and yes, you'd be the only one on the block who's got one.
Car is sold, but if you want to make your own, here are the fiberglass molds. $15,000. https://www.hemmings.com/parts/item...rday&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=2020-01-25
