I have always had a lil weak spot for these as you just hardly ever see them (even back in the day) ESPECIALLY in this color. Would be so cool to have the means to transport this to a big restoration shop and ask them to ring ya up when it was like brand new. Not like its fast or valuable or anything but I would drive it everyday, just different, which I like (see it in the mirror everyday lol) https://asheville.craigslist.org/cto/d/linville-falls-1974-pontiac-gto/6976796730.html
I love the look of the 74 think the front end, grille and shaker hood is what makes the car noticeable
I agree,cool cars. I like this one https://www.kijiji.ca/v-classic-cars/red-deer/1974-gto/1459112714?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true 14k US dollars
With what restorations cost these days, this car would be by far a much better investment. You couldn't even get that first car in primer for the cost difference.
I saw this one at a small, local car show. The owner said he restored it himself. I thought he did an outstanding job. He also said he replaced the stock 350 with a 400. It is a four speed.
Back in my oval track racing days one of my racers was a 74 2 door ventura. car handled really well on the track , better than the montes, cutlass's or chevelles. fun times.
