Looking for a clean 73. Some thing about those boattails. Console Car with staple shifter. A/C working would be a plus.
For 73, the GS package included radial tires and a rear sway bar. If you want the high performance 455, you'll want a 73 Riviera Stage 1. It will have a W in the fifth digit of the VIN. Pretty rare though, about 1230 made with that option out of 33000 cars.
Saw one on EBAY and bid but it got away when I was working during bidding. I know thats what I really want. Still looking.
There is a '73 Riv complete in a local wreaking yard. The engine compartment looks complete and the interior too. A little rough and I'm not sure if it runs but I bet you could get it cheap. The body looks nice and straight and all the glass is there. Cheers,
