    Sorry to hijack this post but im getting ready to drop a 455 in my 73 century and need some help locating some 73-75 455 frame mounts.Or if anyone has a picture of the location of the big block mounts on a 73-74 frame i would appreciate the help.

    you wont find the correct frame mounts anywhere,they only made them from 73-74 centurys and regals with the 455.people on this board have done several 350-455 swaps.they will tell you you can use such and such mounts but the motor will not sit correctly unless you use the correct mounts.now if you can weld and drill holes you could probably use chevy mounts or mopar for that matter.IF YOU WANT THE CORRECT MOUNTS YOU CAN USE THE ONES FROM ELECTRA LESABRE RIVIERA,72-76 BUT THEY ARE HIGHER.YOU MUST CUT THEM DOWN EXACTLY 3/8 OF A INCH .THEN THEY WILL FIT CORRECTLY. ANYMORE HELP LET ME KNOW.

    Ray, he did the same thing you did - borrowed my 455 mounts to make his own. He should have them in hand in a day or 2...

    wow that is amazing,you should start charging for it.i had a buddy of mine cut mine down they turned out perfect.still driving my car once in a while,cant hardly aford the gas,gonna race my brothers corvette in about a week,his wife bought him one for his 50th birthday,used of course.will be interesting.i dont even know the year.hope everything is well. see yah later.

    I will have some repos of the 73- 75 455 frame mounts by october.dont know the price yet, but if you are interested in some call me at 815 844 7852. thanks

    28,000 miles and it needed new paint,carpet and weather stripping? Makes me wonder.

    I had a 22,000 mile Chevelle that needed paint, quarter and fender work and front seat repair.

    You calling my Grandma a liar.......car sat in a carport from 67-77. Pittsburgh winters played hell.
