Only needs some "Super Fly" headlamps and curb feelers to complete the package. Whoa, I almost forgot the boomerang TV antenna. Too bad, it looks like a clean car.
This one is owned by a prominent full size 70's Buick collector and member of this forum(undoubtedly the best 71-76 Electra collection in existence) . Rumor has/had it that it was built for James Brown and I have also heard a couple other names and then not taken by them at delivery.
If it was built for James Brown, the look of it makes sense. Certainly not my taste, but I'm sure someone will like it.
